Poll question: How Much Of The Record Dem Turnout Is Attributable To Barack Obama Being In The Race?
Take him out of the 2008 Primary, do the turnout numbers drop, or stay the same? What do you think? How much of the record turnout is a result of Obama and his candidacy?

2. I will never forget all the hopeful young people who I haven't seen this engaged
in years ...I hope they don't give up while they wait for the upper end curve of the baby boomers to get out of the way.

3. His candidacy is definitely a good thing for the party and the country. How much
turnout is attributable to that, I don't know. Seems Dems are fired up across the board. It's good to see.

6. Then why isn't he winning by record margins?
Unless you think people are coming out to vote against him? The economy and the war and the price of gas haven't infuriated the people into voting Democratic. It's the greatness of Obama that draws them forth? Sweet Jesus!

16. The turnout was because of our mutual hatred of REPUKES. Period.
I made DAMN sure I was there to make sure Hillary won...

17. None. I think it is all GEORGE W. he is uniting the country.
We will not have another republican in the White House for at least 12 years.
