Edwards signaled to the sheepie that McCain was their best chance to beat Hillary or Obama. Did this help the sheepie?

2. I don't think Edwards refers to or thinks of Americans as sheep.

Edwards was trying to help Democrats who tend to be impressed by the glitzy MSM coverage of Hillary v. Obama and who ignore the solid planning and quiet, caring personality of Edwards.
