Just a question as apparently, Clinton's supporters seem to think that Walmart suppliers are as bad as Walmart.

May be you would like to look at whom she got money from, because I am sure she got a lot of campaign contribution from these horrible companies that sell to Walmart.

3. Standard DU practice seems to be
to condemn people who shop at Wal*Mart, even if those people have little or no other choice, practically speaking.

But those same people who condemn the shopper will forgive Wal*Mart's suppliers, who sell to Wal*Mart because they have little or no other choice, practically speaking.

5. Don't forget the investors
who have their 401k's in the stock of both Wal-mart and their suppliers, because there are so many companies in various funds that they have little or no other choice, practically speaking.

4. no one's saying to boycott anything!
all my OP was pointing out was that Obama and his family benefited greatly -- $50,000 a year -- from his wife, who is a corporate attorney, sitting on the Board of a Corporation that does the majority of it's business with Wal-Mart.

If he found it appropriate to bring up Hillary's association with Wal-Mart -- from 16 years ago -- then it's fair to bring up his family's association -- as of May of 2007 -- with it too.

I never called for a boycott. Why are you?

6. Because it is the logical conclusion if you equate Walmart suppliers with Walmart.
This is BS claim and you know it. The only reason Obama brought Walmart's association with Clinton was to counter the false claim that he thought Republican ideas were the best ones.

Anybody honest would have recognized that he did not, but Clinton persisted with the lies, so Obama drew a parallel between her activities 16 years ago and his. Standard political practice that seems to have disturbed a lot the Clinton's supporters.

Clearly shows that Clinton has a good rapid response team and this is good for her, but it does not make her more trustworthy, on the contrary.
