I love Bill, but he was too eager to compromise (as a result of growing up in an spousaly abusive household he seeks conciliation by nature), and he lacks discipline, both personal and political.

And all his flaws relate back to his desperate desire to be loved.

Hillary has plenty of flaws, but she is tougher and more disciplined than Bill, and more willing to fight for something rather than compromise. And she really doesn't care if anyone loves her.

They kind of make one complete person between them.

2. It was meant as a statement of fact, not fan gushing. And I agree with it

3. I am not a propagandist, and have little interest in offering ringing endorsements
I don't see any saints in this thing. Just some talented people with different strengths and weaknesses.

4. I don't think she yearns to be 'liked' as he does. We need someone to do damage control.
I think she can do that.

6. I'd imagine it would depend on what the makeup of congress is like
if she has a Democratic congress, that will be a tremendous advantage that her husband didn't have.

8. Any scenario where Congress isn't Dem in '08, the pres won't be a Dem either
Given the mix of senate seats in play, it would take a republican landslide to sweep Dems out of congress, so I am assuming one party control

7. The Republican hate for Hillary = Gridlock
She would bring less Congressmen in on her Coattails.

She would not be able to move on any Progressive agenda. She would barely get budgets passed.

Hillary = Stagnation

Obama = Working Majority that can produce legislation
