I've had it with Ed Schultz
Just what in the hell does he think he is doing by calling Bill Clinton a liar?

Does he think that is going to unite the party?

This is the most invasive, divisive shit to come down the pike.

He has Daschle on and never once says he works for the Obama campaign.

He has thoroughly disgusted me.

You want to talk about damaging the party Schultz, take a look in the mirror.

1. Ed is telling the truth. Something that HRC and supporters seem to be unable to do, nor are they
able to hear it, evidently.

3. Obama can get in the mud too, very obviously. He has never been vetted, ever.
There are many questions that need to be asked, but won't be.

That is what the Clinton campaign is complaining about.

Anyone who can't see that, aint looking.

a "rightwinger who is only doing 'progressive' talk to make money."

Funny how, when the 'enemy' says something you like, the 'enemy' becomes a hero.

22. The whole country already knows Clinton is a liar. It's not anything new. Or do you
still think he never had sex with that woman?

The point is, Clinton lies when he thinks it will benefit him. Does that shock you? If it does, you are awfully naive.

46. Oh, yeah. He lied about sex. So that makes him not a liar. If he were smart he woulda said
"None of your fucking business."

I'm wondering, what lies aren't lies and what lies are lies, according to you, peaches, I mean from your amoralistic low horse perspective?

Was it impeachable? Absolutely not. Was it a lie? Absolutely. Right into the camera. Hence, regardless of the fact that it wasn't impeachable, it was still a lie. Everyone knows that except for you. I'm sure in your world, the Clinton are physically and emotionally incapable of being unethical. That's hero worship for you. Lots of bush's supporters attribute the same un-human qualities to george, also. Like you, they see their hero as infallible, and unable to tell a lie.

I also don't believe his lie to the civil jury was impeachable. However, I do think the suspension of his law license was warranted.

I don't think telling a lie, whether to the country via the TV cameras or to the jury is de facto an impeachable offense. It's the nature of the lie.

Is the lie harmful to the US? Is the lie intended to defraud congress and the country about something relevant to congress and the country? That's the test of impeachability.

Just being a liar like Clinton doesn't warrant impeachment.

george warrants impeachment. I wonder why Clinton (either one)won't say that?

47. You're making a lot of assumptions...
Edited on Thu Jan-24-08 09:30 PM by Andromeda
and I'm calling you on your BS right now! I never said that Bill Clinton never lied about sex. Most people do if confronted. I'm not saying it's right but people do stupid things sometimes.

Judging from your post you don't know too much. I don't worship the Clintons. I'm just realistic and don't expect people to be perfect. If they make mistakes that makes them human.

Have you ever lied about anything? That would make you a liar too, according to your "standards."

And what does my "amoralistic low horse perspective" mean? You don't even know me and you're calling me amoral!

There is no such thing as a "low horse" anything. I think you just pulled that one out of your arse.

Unless you're Jesus H. Christ I wouldn't put such moral judgements on other people.

Fark you and the high horse you rode in on.

54. If you don't like assumption why do you make them? Do you think you are immune?
Better than other people? You can call people you don't know names, but if they do the same to you, you presume you have the right to be outraged?

Make all the excuses you want for your heroes.

I stand by my original statement. The whole country knows Bill Clinton is a liar.

If you want to pretend that isn't true, go for it. You are the one who has to look yourself in the mirror everyday.

That fact you have to resort to spelling-changed-obscenities should tip you off to the fact you have no arguement, but on the other hand, some people have absolutely no self awareness.

That's sad, but hey, that's life.

And I was so disgusted at that Rush Limbaugh wannabe I wanted to puke. :puke: The man is stupid and shouldn't be allowed near a camera.

The "Clinton is a liar" meme is making the talk-show circuit and all the talking heads are jumping on the bandwagon. Shultz isn't the only one. CNN, MSNBC and some other radio talk shows are all falling in line.

"Hillary and Bill are liars." That's the meme. They don't say what it is they're lying about because they might have to do some research and that would be work. Heaven forbid that they might have to do some reading and actually learn the truth.

I won't stand for this and if people want fairness and accuracy in this presidential campaign they need to make their feelings known.
