Did Obama give a shout out to Pookie and Ray-Ray tonight?
I figured since he asked people to bring Pookie and Ray-Ray with them to vote...maybe he gave them a shout-out during his speech tonight.

28. xultar, I know what I've been told. I also know that pookie is
much more common as a term of endearment than anything else- and not just in this country, in England too. And that it has no racial connotations for millions. As for RayRay, I had a car mechanic- a real woodchuck- named RayRay. So I'm not about to stop using pookie all the sudden. And neither are millions and millions of others.

black community.

He was sayin bring your homies. In the black community it does have racial overtones.

I would't call a white person a ray-ray or a pookie unless they were down in the hood with me.

That is why he said it to a mostly black crowd.

He'd never say that to a white or mixed crowd. That's playin the race card.
