Shrub has done to expand the powe of the xecutiveofice, even I they abide by the law and the constitution. I want to hear that a new Dem Prez wil reverse those powers and go back to Congress being the most powerful branch of or government because THEY are much more accountble to the people!
6. I'm kicking this for more responses. I posted it very late last night.
If none of them have comitted to refusing to utilize all the powers Shrub has comanded for the Executive Branch, how do we get them to do so NOW during the campaign so we have an answer?
How about restoring the Constitutional powers origninally given to Congress...such as declaring war....back to Congress. How about restoring the checks and balances that are in the Constitution.
I haven't heard any of the candidates mention these.
10. There are 2 debates before Feb 5th voting. Both on CNN.
If we send a lot of emails to CNN, maybe we can get that done! I don't know who is moderating the CNN debates though. The PUB debate is 1/30 & the Dem debate is 1/31.
