I'm getting really ticked off that a few primaries and caucus's
are, by way of help from the Media, determining who will be our Presidential candidate. It is too early. Any one of them could make a really bad move, do something really stupid. By the same token, any one of them could come out at the end as a brilliant candidate.

I don't know what the answer is but I am annoyed that Obama has been crowned so early. There are others we need to assess. Plus, of course, there is the fact that other states would like to have a say in the matter. What is the point of a primary if most of the people running have dropped out or have been run over by the media.

PS, If you have 1 caucus, what would more than 1 be? Not sure!

2. Caucuses (think "walruses")
also hippopotamuses. Ain't English grand? I agree with you, by the way. There has to be a better system than this endless campaigning, and then having the nominee decided by three small states almost a year before the election.

3. Obama has not been "crowned"
Sheesh. The media is only enjoying the twist in the story line until Ms. Inevitable ekes it out with a strong showing in Super Tuesday states.

Of course as an Obama supporter I am hoping he does better on Feb. 5 than is currently being predicted, but anyway he is hardly being "crowned" at this point.
