Dear Governor of Oregon - You must renounce your endorsement of Hillary.
Dear Hillary supporters:

I am working with local activists to have the Governor and members of our Congressional delegation renounce their support of Hillary because of her dirty, dishonest campaign.

She has earned it.

3. Obama's craven race-baiting
Doesn't make Hillary's campaign dirty.

It makes Obama's campaign dirty. Very, very dirty.

20. Jesse has always been one of the good guys
Don't compare him to Obama. Obama doesn't have one-tenth the character of Jesse Jackson.

No can do, sniffa.

Don't forget to tell him that she commands the black helicopters and is secretly communicating with Lord Xenu using a time machine disguised as a toaster.

6. Cool, I'm gonna start working on having the the Governor of Arizona to denounce Obamas endorsement.
Many here are disgusted in her endorsement of Obama.

Arizona is Clinton Country.

Thanks for the idea.

:woohoo:

8. The Governor of Oregon is a good, smart person and a good progressive.
The Hillary Clinton campaign must be utterly revolting to him at this point.

13. WTF
"Dear Hillary supporters:"

What kind of nut goes out of her way to call out a whole group of people on a bulletin board?

That is the most puerile behavior I have seen here and I have been here a long time...

15. People are really going off the deep end.
It would never occur to me to work to undo any Obama endorsements because I figure the people who make endorsements can think for themselves. I don't have to agree but I do respect them. And I certainly wouldn't start a post "Dear Obama supporters...."

Good god almighty. Some of the stuff you read here...

:wow:

14. Gota tell you norma
Ted would lose my vote if he endorsed Obama with his homophobe ties intact, ya know? So Ted's just being smart. Obama's campaign started the nasty baiting when they used McClurkin to actually preach against gay people by name at official Obama events. Perhaps it is bad news for you that many of us Oregon voters explained to Ted our position on Obama back then and asked that he not endorse without an apology for Obama and a promise to sever his Exodus Movement ties. So gee, I'd say other Democrats have opinions too, and they may differ from yours. And considering your candidate started with overt gay baiting months ago, your letters to Ted may be a bit late and far too few in number, you know?
Just saying. I wrote ages ago. I wish he'd endorsed Edwards. But hey at least he stands with all Oregonians and not just the Fundie approved Oregonians.

17. That letter to the Oregon Gov. sounds like NormaR comes from the little...
christofascist town of Grants Pass. Fully 90% of those residents are Shuckabee voters...but of course they hate Hillary. This is just an opinion of a Hillary supporter from Klamath Falls, OR.

Counted the Hate Hillary threads on this board a few minutes ago...there are still the usual 25+ of those vituperative threads at any given time on this board.

With this mild tongue-lashing out of the way...there are some good things that came out of SC:

Voter participation was way up--thats a plus.

A warning shot was fired across the bows of all the remaining Dixiecrats still alive in the Old South...those in Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia and the border states take note--thats a plus too.

The Obama victory in SC was a tremendous shot in the arm for a well qualified candidate. Thats always a plus, even if I and others back another candidate.

Obama and his supporters and campaign workers did a fantastic job in SC...they are to be congratulated for their fine efforts.

Those of you who appear to Hate-Hillary at any cost on this board should be aware that your actions are noted and will be responded to in kind.

NormaR, if Ted is your governor too, you might remember that letters to the Gov can come from Hillary supporters as well as Obama supporters.

18. Obama answered that
And I am even more angry with gay DUers for never posting the answer or even acknowledging that he had, in fact, responded to concerns over the concert and the views expressed by McClurkin. I don't know how people think change is going to happen in this country. I've been saying for 5 years that we need a coordinted effort to talk to people in rural America and the south. You have to talk to people you disagree with.
