Full disclosure: I'm an Edwards supporter, but I see the writing on the wall and I'm reading "Obama".

2. Not 100%, but he's got the best chance so far. He's accelerating in his capture of delegates.

3. I hope Billary is nowhere near the ticket.
Edwards would be a great choice.

9. Edwards as VP would be a waste.
If not President, John has to be Attorney General, so he can start rolling out the antitrust suits, and killing the corporatist beast. And if President Obama is serious about "ending politics as usual", he would back Edwards 100%.

Assuming Obama does get the nomination, of course. Which I don't, at the moment.

5. First, he has to win...
and it's far from over. This is going to be a long cycle.

As for VP, John Edwards has already said he won't accept VP, and I think he's right. Right or not, it's his decision to make.

I think Obama would need someone with strong national security creds...maybe Biden. But all this is meaningless speculation at this point.

12. This is a discussion board, no?
It is an interesting topic to discuss. Start one on your candidate, I promise I won't piss in it.

11. Since I trust my candidate's judgment in general, I would trust

her judgment on that matter. It's curious, IMO, that other supporters in general don't see things that way.
