1. Works that way for any candidate I might lean toward
When sexist douchebags make Hillary jokes, I want to protect her. When I hear idiotic crap from men who are probably terrified of the n*gger dick going after Obama, well, you get the idea.

And when I hear some dick whining about 400 dollar haircuts...

4. YES!
I'm an Edwards supporter, but aside from that, I'm a root for the underdog kind of person. After Obama won Iowa and Clinton was kind of down, I was rooting for her to win New Hampshire (I knew Edwards wouldn't).

What I don't like is what I see as unfair attacks and I will defend any of our candidates from them.

If you still want to support someone who isn't even in the race, just vote for a Democrat who will actually be on the ballot! Voting Kucinich is the same as giving the Repubs one more vote!

...even though my favorites have been others. The same has been true for Hillary, incidentally. I tend to get a little protective of any of our Dem candidates when I see people piling on the attacks. Once we have our nominee, whoever it is, we'll all be on the same side again. Just wish everyone would remember that.

44. About par for the course. No it doesn't. He'll be doing it too if the tables turn.
They're all kind of lack luster since they don't ever talk about specifics to address pressing issues.

I'm tired of spending a grand and a quarter a month for real family health insurance. What the fuck
are any of them going to do about that? Nothing probably, so they can feast on each other talking
about nothing.

When one or several get serious, then I'm all about stopping the mud slinging.

Clinton and Obama don't pay for real health insurance, I do, we do.

Edwards can afford his own.

But for those of us who are not members of Congress or worth $25 million, well, it's just hard for
me to get to worried about the bruised egos of people wanting my vote who won't tell me what they're
going to do.

65. Yep and it also makes me send more money.
I don't get into fights with Hillary or Edwards supporters who bash Obama. I also don't feel the need to start nit-picking their candidates in a tit-for-tat. I like Edwards well enough and won't trash him just because some folks who like him decide to trash Obama. I'm not as fond of Hillary on her policies, but she's always been a good Dem, so I won't trash her either. Bill, gets my dander up because of his behavior, but that is because of Bill, not because of attack-oriented Hillary supporters.

Instead, as with my vote, I let my checkbook do the talking.

As for the attack-oriented folks, I can only say, "Have a wonderful day!"

I'm saving my powder for McCain/Lieberman or Mittens/Thompson or whoever the Team from Hell turns out to be. Just the prospect of a McCain/Lieberman Presidency is enough to keep me up at night. Whoever the Democrat is to lead the opposition to such a monstrosity, we will have to unite like never before.

I happen to think Obama is the best candidate to lead the charge. You may think Hillary Clinton or John Edwards is better. Well, fine. Let's just not forget who the real enemy is.

Lies, RW memes, twisted words, nasty names, etc. etc. They do not belong in the Dem Party. I can't wait for the Primaries to be over.

Then we can get back to working together and those who were never here supporting the Dem cause can go the hell away.
