If Barack Obama was running for president uncontested by any other Democrat
there would STILL be racial issues. I believe that both Bill and Hillary Clinton have been the victims of media innuendo. There are two sides to this coin and I think that the Obama team have also made this campaign a black v white contest.

1. Obama twisted Clinton's words to..
suit his own needs. He has played the race card. Obama is not the saint that many think he is.

3. Can you prove that one?
If so, please do. With real quotes from the real man, in PROPER context please.

10. without trying to be argumentative
has anybody actually seen the "real man"? Obama seems to change his style according to which audience he is speaking to. I know Clinton does the same thing too, but she is the one that seems to cop the flack for it.

24. Admittedly, the coverage that I have seen has been limited, however
I saw two different Obamas. The one who gave speeches in Iowa and New Hampshire came across as an academic who seemed to appeal to the middle or upper class of the Democrats. The Obama that I saw in South Carolina subliminally came across as a Martin Luther King clone appealing to battlers. Is he a man for all seasons or a chameleon?

6. Totally. Obama MADE Bill compare him to Jesse Jackson.
I think Obama may have even threatened Bill with the gun or something.

15. You are kind of embarassing your avatar.
Just wanted you to know.

YOu have been making one line comments that say absolutely nothing for quite some time now. I don't think Wes is really about that kind of nonsense.

7. Do you think innuendo is what Kennedy, Leahy, Kerry, Clyburn, etc., were
responding to?

11. I am sure that the politicians that endorsed Obama could see past the race issue but
there are a lot of average voters that cant.

8. His team is going to be in for a HUGH surprise when they try
to play the race card with the Republicans later down the road. I can tell you right now it will not work then. They need to use a different strategy that playing the race card.

13. I am of the impression that the last thing Obama wanted was to make
this about race. I suppose it was inevitable, but this has not been by design.

19. DIVIDE AND CONQUER
The right wing media are starting to realize their ambitions. There is a wealth of talent in all three candidates and I would love to think that the voters could see beyond the right wing media propaganda.
