St Louis Today Endorsement very nicely done , Comets don't come around that often.
.."a star whose light is eclipsed by the tail of a comet.

Comets don't come around that often. In January of 1961, Ann Dunham Obama was six weeks pregnant with Barack Obama Sr.'s child when President Kennedy said at his inauguration that "the torch has been passed to a new generation." It's that time again."

3. Thank you for posting this,
I have been wanting to read it as I used to live in St. Louis and loved the PD.

I have one criticism with the editorial.

"He's never managed any organization larger than his Senate staff,"
He is very successfully managing a nationwide campaign for the Presidency of the United States.
And I understand the organization on the ground is superb. He was also a street organizer on
the streets of Chicago organizing labor groups and others.

Sad that the writer missed this.

8. Interesting choice of words, I agree
At the very least it was praising of Edwards and his own progressive efforts, while legitimately recognizing the historic aspect of Obama's campaign.
