1. well, good luck to him.
I can't see where he wins on Super Tuesday, but he can certainly pick up quite a few delegates in the west and midwest.

21. I'd like a debate between the 2 lead candidates
John takes over and it becomes all about John Edwards.

He's not anybody's candidate. He LOST He needs
to GET OUT.
His horning in is not fair to the REAL candidates
and the viewers who want to hear what they have to say.

25. He's 'LOST' what, exactly? Most of the country hasn't yet had the opportunity to vote.

26. If it weren't for Edwards the only thing we'd hear in the debates is
"She's racist"...."No, he's sexist" Edwards keeps them talking about US and what we need no about them!

29. I guess I've ONLY seen ONE REAL CANDIDATE
John Edwards makes IT about "WE THE PEOPLE"

The other two will expose each others corruption. That will play out nicely to the GOP smear machine.

Hillary and Barack needs to GET OUT, so the REAL CANDIDATE can continue to make this election about the American People.

30. I'm sure Cali was first to respond
because being such a fair-minded, altruistic Obmaite, she wanted to come into a thread that led, "Edwards Sucks", because she wanted to express such benign thoughts.

Tsk, tsk....

Go, John, Go!

5. If America was smart-
We'd all realize that he always cleans up in debates. What is the biggest part of being a President? Debating. Convincing people, nations and party's to come along with you. Anyone remember Kennedy -v- Nixon?

14. At 62, I'm an old fart. I saw it live. I was a sophomore in high school.
JFK inspired my generation, and the inspiration has remained despite the assassination and the downhill spiral this country has been on ever since.

18. I should add...
Edited on Mon Jan-28-08 05:08 PM by Seabiscuit
that JFK's inspiration led me squarely into John Edwards' camp this year, who I have absolutely no doubt JFK would endorse from the grave if he could. He'd also rise up and slap his little brother silly for today's antics.

Despite his pretensions, Obama has absolutely nothing in common with JFK.

9. You're right.
Edwards looks so good in the debates. He is the only candidate talking about issues important to us while the other candidates sling mud at each other.

11. American voters are not very smart, informed, connected...
..They never have been and ironically, even with the advent of the internet and instant information, they are even less so now.

They've majorly made huge blunders in their choices in the past and will continue to do so, I'm afraid. :(
