to endorse anyone until after the nomination was confirmed.

6. Here in Washington the original time announced for the gathering

last week was 10:30 at American University. When the news broke that Ted Kennedy would formally announce his endorsement for Barack Obama, and Caroline would appear as well, that start time was announced yesterday as 12:15 (lunch time here in Washington).

MSNBC is covering this and it is scheduled to start in ONE HOUR Eastern Time. The doors did open at 10:30 and the line was already snaking around the corners of the street. When the official lunch hour in DC starts, there will only be more.

So try to tune in MSNBC at at least 12:15 Eastern Time if your goal is see the Kennedy endorsements.
