10. Cali, I didn't mean that no one should endorse her
I meant that she's not entitled to endorsements from particular people simply because of who she is, or a past relationship with them. That seems to be the attitude of the Clintons and their supporters. Here in Arizona when our Gov (Napolitano) endorsed Obama the response from the local Clinton camp was outrageous. They were issuing scathing press releases and threatening her political future. I have never seen such a response over endorsements in my life. I believe you were the one who posted an OP stating the 2 appropriate responses to an endorsement: Congratulate or say nothing. I couldn't agree more. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

18. Except I'm not cali.

I just don't see the point in bashing for the sake of it, unless I'm defending against an assertion I know is wrong or someone is insulting to me. When the latter happens, I eventually find the 'ignore' button, and it works like a charm.

15. Eastern establishment Democrats feel obligated to endorse Obama
because they were embarrased and shocked by the "Bradley Effect" in New Hampshire. They're afraid of a mass exodus of Afican Americans from the Democratic Party after Hillary's nomination.

12. Why be pissed? The Clinton campaign messed that up for themselves.
They should have known to play shit cool and they didn't. That was a screwup of colossal proportions.

Perhaps she needed to be brought down a notch to get her game on.

I say this as a person who doesn't support anyone yet. But I do see the unfairness heaped on Hillary Clinton.

I will say this, her campaigning prowess apparently is a myth or she needs to get a grip on her campaign. Either way she and her team are fucking up BIG TIME. They played right in to Obama's hands. Obama was able to nibble away @ her from the bottom up. They used classic whisper techniques on her ass and she instead of whispering back her campaign came down like a dayum tanker ship.

NOT SMART.

Her campaign needs grace, she ought to be smart and know you can't go @ a black candidate like you would a white one cuz EVERYTHING will be perceived as racial. EVERYTHING.

Clinton, allowed her campaign to fuck up. Personally I'm shocked. I thought she was way smarter and had way smarter people around her than she did.

With that said, she can still pull this off. She just needs to unload the idiots running the show and do her thang.

26. Looks like that may be the case. I also think her campaigning prowess is a myth.
She sucks @ it. She sucks @ picking people to work for her, in turn the people she pick suck @ picking people who work for them.

It is a cluster fuck. Pretty crazy but a cluster fuck none the less.

11. For Obama only if Edwards is out.
Obama and all others on either side will not keep us from running out of easy to get oil or the impending stock market crash. 4 years from now we will all be wishing we had spent our time building small farms and saving non polluted water resources. But don't worry ...keep driving your SUV and be happy.

14. I might, if he could explain the how he is going to bring change and unite the country
I am a Clinton supporter, but I might go for Obama in the end...

I like it when Obama says: " I believe we will move beyond the politics of fear and personal destruction and unite our country with the politics of common purpose"

But he never talks about HOW he is going to do that uniting..The political stall mate is in the house and senate, isnt it ??

I'll support Obama if he gets the nomination, but I can't think of anything that would sway me to his side in the primary. If Edwards drops out, I'll be moving to the "Undecided" camp.

33. Okay, I'm in.
We all want change, and I think we've been paralyzed by a lack of inspirational leadership and a vision that transcends this hamster wheel we seem to be trapped in.

If not Obama, then who?

Teddy describes what needs to happen to make change - he doesn't just "feel it in his bones" he's been there - he knows. I know Obama wants the job, and this vote of confidence from a trusted opinion really gives Obama's words the weight that they need. I've wanted to believe for some time that Obama can do it, but was hesitant to commit. I think I can do that, now.

Out of respect for Walken, and to restore my reputation as a candidate slut, I'm not taking down my Walken banner until tomorrow.

35. Obama is my 2nd choice after Edwards
I like Obama although he could be better on a few issues. It doesn't hurt that he's taking a lot of Edwards' lines now.

That said, I sent in my absentee vote for Edwards today. I'm proud to cast my first presidential primary vote of my life for him.

40. Why is this "historical"
I don't get it.

Sounds to me like a bunch of people that are really into backslapping themselves. Kennedy is just a senator and this is just another endorsement.

Does this make all of the Kennedy's other endorsements "historical" as well?

Like some watershed moment/turning point in history?

44. Obama momentum has probably peaked...
...and the endorsement by Ted Kennedy runs counter to the message of change and hope that was fueling Obama's campaign. Obama was best served, being perceived as a Washington outsider, whose rise in the polls was due to the momentum of 'the people'. In the end, Kennedy's endorsement of Obama will probably be seen as marking a turning point in his campaign.
