Re: J. Edwards
I'm in Florida and even though my vote will not count in the
primary nor at the convention I'm voting on tuesday for John
Edwards and so is my wife. He will more than likely come in
third but one thing I want people to understand is that in all
of these primaries,(not Florida), John is picking up
delegates. At the convention his delegate block can be used as
leverage to put either Clinton or Obama over the top. He will
be in a very powerful position possibly even getting the nod
for VP. I think his alignment with Obama would be unbeatable
in November. I wish the MSM would get his massage out but the
BS between HC and BO is drowning out his message.

1. Yay!
I'm glad you are keeping the delegates in mind, and also that you appreciate his populist message.

:hi:

10. Remember.....It's the delegates
If John can stay in the race until the end he will wield a lot of power with the nominee, so anyone out there that is thinking about not voting for John because they think he can't win, your vote for him will ensure he has a major presence at the convention and he will be a part of the next administration.

11. I'm not in this for Edwards too be part of the next admin. I am counting on him winning, as he is
How could he possibly be a part of a Hillary or Obama admin? It would go against all he has campaigned on. I don't think he would be a part of that.

13. On the contrary.....
.....I believe he would accept a position in the next administration IF the job offered was a relevant one that would mesh with his beliefs. He would be able to do more from within the next admin than outside of it. I for one would love to see him winning in the polls. It is an up hill fight for him, I hope he can pull it off and the people listen to what he has to say rather than dwell on the bickering tabloid politicking going on between Bo and HC which the MSM likes to dwell on. I think we must temper our enthusiasm for JE's message with the possibility he won't win the nomination. Failing getting the nomination, his block of delegates will offer him much in the way of leverage if he wants to have a part in BO's or HC's administration. So.....please understand a vote for JE will do little to affect what happens between BO and HC. It WILL give John a place in the next admin IF he wants it. I for one would rather see him in......rather than on the side lines looking in.
