5. Well, the AP reports it as Obama turning away from her, and...
...that is not good. No sportsmanship, and they're supposed to be on the same team.

Will one ever get behind the other if the other becomes the nominee, I wonder?

9. Looking at the two pictures, it
seems as though Hillary skipped Obama and went straight to Kennedy.

11. Could be. Although the AP tends to be more sober than other media outlets, I do wonder...
...if they're playing up this incident for 'news', just like the rest.

8. Why did she go past Obama to shake Teddy's hand?
This could be played both ways. She obviously homed in on Teddy because of the recent endorsement and Obama probably wanted to give them space in such an awkward moment. She should have reached for Obama's hand first since he is her opponent.

19. So, even if she did.. why did Obama hide?
shouldn't he have been sportsmanlike and shook her hand?

13. Wrong yet again. Are you William Kristol? AP report clearly says the initial action was Hillary
crossing the aisle to shake Kennedy's hand. Obama was between them, so she must have ignored him, reaching to him. Classless. Obama did a common thing when being deliberately dissed like this--he turned away and allowed her to have her conversation with Kennedy.

http://www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=D8UF9T503&show_article=1

<snip>

Clinton, clad in scarlet, crossed the aisle between their seats on the House floor and reached out a hand to greet Sen. Edward M. Kennedy, the Democratic icon whose endorsement she had courted only to lose it to Obama.

Kennedy shook her hand while Obama, wearing a dark suit and standing between the two, turned away.

24. Elder statesman
Look, I'm for Edwards and generally fairly neutral between HRC and BO, but you don't shake hands with a peer first and then an elder, more powerful person. No matter how you're standing. Age and power first.
