need help from any DU'ers in atlanta or nearby--

allow me to explain. a very dear friend of mine has an ex in the atlanta area, who is, unfortunately, a repuke (although he claims to be an independent) he has been telling her how the blacks in the area are chortling about when "their man" gets into the white house, how things are going to be soooo different, and whitey better beware. he is alo whining about how the blacks are everywhere, if one goes into the courthouse, it's all blacks, and maybe one white. (of course, he also blames hillary for him having to pay for his health care, and holds her personally responsible for mattel going to china). have any of you from that area heard any of this kind of garbage? and, if so, just how prevalent is it?
