How will Hillary win any Independents from McCain?
Edited on Tue Jan-29-08 10:02 PM by TeamJordan23
We are looking for a general election loss if we nominate Hillary. It is clear that McCain is going to be the GOP Nominee.

He will wrap up most of the Independent votes and the GOP base will come out against Hillary. McCain blew away HRC in Independent support in NH.

Guys, get ready for another Republican admin if Hillary is the nominee.

6. most of my friends and neighbors are republicans
here is my personal experience with their political opinions (NOT meant to be representative of anything in particular):

- religious republicans - HATE McCain.

- libertarian/old school republicans - will suffer McCain

- barely republican/former Dems - LOVE McCain

11. You forgot the most important part.......
Name a Republican that would vote for Hillary.

Now add to that McCains strong independant draw, and its lights out for the Democratic Party in November if Hillary is the nominee.

Oh I know she claims to be "vetted" after the last 16 years, but the only time she really faced GOP opposition (Hillarycare) she lost.

12. You forget one important point.
McCain will not be supported by the republican base.

Independents by far are siding with the democrats this year.

Democrats will not support McCain.

Stop fretting.
