An historic moment occurred in Florida yesterday that MSM doesn't want you to know
Edited on Wed Jan-30-08 08:02 AM by Maribelle
Hillary will go down in history for receiving an historic popular vote in the Florida Presidential Primaries : both as a woman, and as a democrat.

Four years from today, if you look at the State of Florida records you will see her historic counts.

Nothing will be said about the Six million households that received Obama's political ads.
Nothing will be said about the DNC cutting off all delegates.
Nothing will be said about any of what is being posted here by those against Hilliary with negative passion.

It will only give Hillary's historic numbers. That's what the world will see.

Congratulations, Hillary! Floridians love you.

3. My post is based on facts, not speculation.
The counts are in. The numbers are registered with the State of Florida.

Speculation is over.

History is here.

4. So now Clinton supporters are cokeheads?
Is accusing other users of snorting cocaine part of the "hope" and "change" of the Obama campaign, to set a new political tone? Or is this just your own agenda?

12. I think cali was referring to the "magic 8-ball" that gives you answers
to the future.

The toy, not the unit of coke.

23. Whatever - - the statistics are at the State of Florida web site for the world to review.
In four years the same stats will be there if 100% has been recorded as they claim.

25. I'm not disagreeing with that.
Hillary got herself a large win.

I am encouraged at the Dem turnout, despite the mess of the delegates.

5. and are you not slamming hillary out of your own partisanship as well?
or, is it okay for you to be partisan but not so for others to claim victory or truth ?

6. It was a great symbolic victory if nothing else
Florida's delegates may not count, but their electoral votes do! Democrats should be very careful about making remarks about Floridians. We need those electoral votes in November, and it appears Clinton is the only one who realized the importance of it.

Let me say a big "Thank You" to those who turned out for the dem primary despite the controversial delegate removal.

Hillary has made history in Florida.

Congrats to Hillary Clinton for the totals but the asterisk will explain, "four years from today" or sooner, that this was essentially an uncontested primary. She enjoys considerable support in Florida. It may help her on Feb. 5th in other states. But this wasn't a head-to-head-to-head matchup.

Michigan and Florida stepped into conflict with the party for advancing their interests versus others' wishes for their primary calendars. No matter whose side you take in that debate, the current system is far from perfect and should probably be rehauled so that all Democrats wishing to cast votes in primaries and caucuses can do so on as equal footing as can be managed.

9. yesterday a historic moment occurred for me
I ate a donut.

It will go down in history has the greatest donut there ever was.

Four years from today, if you look at the state of my stomach contents, you will see...

Nothing about the chocolate dough.
Nothing about the chocolate frosting.
Nothing about the sprinkles on top.

All you will remember is the nothing in the center. That's what my stomach will see in four years.

Congratulations stomach, on your historic donut hole.

But if folks are remembering your doughnut hole, don't they have to create boundaries for the hole by visualizing the doughnut itself?

They'll truly need to see that sugar coating your using around that hole attempting to marginalize Hillary's historic victory, and probably give you even more credit than your historic hole for your inspirational tactic.

I'll bet you didn't even think of that, did you.

11. No, that was not historic anything... People came to vote mainly to
save themselves on property taxes.... and the way Florida old people are, it doesn't surprise me that they would pick a white woman over a black man.. this is Florida and people down here still think Iraq had something to do with 9/11 and people still think Rush Limpballs doesn't lie to them and they still think that torture is acceptable if it means keeping their little asses safe, whatver that's supposed to mean. So, a win for Hillary isn't exactly meaning much coming out of Florida.

17. The statistics of Hillary's victory are to be recorded in the State of Florida's books.
Nothing will be said about taxes, "the way Florida old people are", and your other sexist and racist rants.

Sorry if that sticks in you craw.

:rotfl:

Yea, keep pissing off Floridians by saying that their votes are irrelevant. Just like Kerry did the other day, what a brilliant strategy. :sarcasm:

24. In 2004 786,203 democratic votes were cast. Kerry received 581,000,
Hillary smashed history in these Presidential Preference primaries of Florida.
