As inspired as some of you are, you must also realize that there is a whole subset
of people that are just as uninspired.
Who will I vote for? Who will get my support?
Probably the one with the least amount of scandal on the day I cast my vote.:(

1. This is why I started that "Please Think Strategically" thread...
Since you're not crazy about the remaining two, why not vote for the one you think could beat the Republicans?? ANY Dem is better than ANY Republican (this time around at least).

3. With McCain doing so well, I worry about that too...

But when I saw Edwards wouldn't make it, I moved into strategy mode ~ and I'm sure he will/has too.

I don't think it matters.

4. K&R
I don't know what I will do. Kuch has asked us supporters in Colorado to caucus as Uncommitted. Then again, I could still try to caucus for Edwards anyway since he was my next choice. Who knows - he could get a bunch of support here next Tuesday.

Right now I just want to curl up on the couch with my book.

5. Nuh uh.
They all have scandal. And if they don't, someone will make something up and THAT will be the scandal. Gore had no scandal, so they made up the "invented the internet" garbage.

You really have to overlook the scandal and go for the one who supports most of what you are for, on the record, not what's being said for the campaign. That's much more work, of course, than just reading the headlines.

We got our civil rights legislation rammed thru Congress literally over Kennedy's dead body. It was done by Lyndon Johnson who was rumored to have ACTUAL buried bodies back in Texas.

Kennedy himself? Oh, if anyone had told about all those women.

Even Martin Luther King, Jr. fooled around with women. The FBI recorded all of it. Would you dare to tell me that negates what he did with his life? What he did for, not just black Americans, but every one of us?

The scandal should be the least part of your decision.
