Never forget - it's about the Supreme Court
All those disappointed DUers (and I'm one of them, Edwards was my guy), who are now threatening not to vote at all in the GE - never forget what 8 yrs of Bush have wrought on the Supreme Court. If another puke gets in in November, the court will be set to the right of Ghengis Khan for the next 20 yrs.

2. So do I!
Let's just hope that whichever Dem wins the Presidency should make the SC high on the agenda, with the very first one bringing our troops home!

3. I agree with you completely...
... this election IS all about the SCOTUS... let a Red Prez appoint the next two or three Supremes, and we can kiss America as we know and love it goodbye...

4. The SC is already lost thanks to the Gang of 14
The conservatives on the court already have a working majority on any issue they want, even abortion. They *need* abortion to stay legal though. But have you noticed any pro-consumer opinions from the court lately? Yeah, the corporatists already won. Thanks anyway.
