Anyone else disappointed in how Hillary is lying about attempting to shake Obama's hand?
Why is she saying in interiews that she extended her hand to him? She shook hands with Ted Kennedy, not Obama. She's now trying to garner sympathy by running with this lie.

40. Where did you see her say this?
I get annoyed at people who ask for links without doing any searching on their own but in my search online all I find is quotes from this site (Democraticunderground.) Do you have a link?

actually, she has spoken about it on FOX
she said that she reached out her hand and she is still reaching out...

she deliberately lied to try to capitalize on this faux-controversy.
she is despicable.

Much like Obama taking & feeding MSM mischaracterizations of Hillary , she has apparently decided he could twist in the fire for a bit longer.

At no point, in any of the pictures, does she reach her hand out to Obama. In fact, it would appear that Obama didn't even see her.

and he turned away then, while she was shaking Teddy's hand.

I wish Teddy would clear it up. He was there. He could say one way or the other.

Sorry, it doesn't prove your point.

it was a staged photo-op meant to do exactly what it did.

I'll give her this, she knows the american people are gullible.

He most likely did not see her. Neither of them did anything wrong. Let move along and force them both to talk about the issues. Some of us want to hear about what their individual plans are for repairing our nation.

Still not enough to chuck me to Obama.
NAFTA is my soapbox. Dennis then Edwards were my guys. If neither of them (Hill/Obama) speak about the dire damage Nafta has done to our once great Nation in this up coming election, I will switch to Ron Paul. He is the only one left that speaks for the Middle Class, Aside from Lou Dobbs.

32. Is anyone else disappointed in how Obama is LYING about Hillary's
attempting to shake Obama's hand? LOL

Two can play this game of accusing the one that you don't agree with as being a liar. I think that is frankly disgusting and totally uncalled for. Have you no shame or decency? Why can't two people/camps have differing opinions about what happened or what was said or what was meant...without the other calling them a liar? :puke:

POST ENDORSES BARACK OBAMA

January 30, 2008 -- Democrats in 22 states across America go to the polls next Tuesday to pick between two presidential prospects: Sens. Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

We urge them to choose Obama - an untried candidate, to be sure, but preferable to the junior senator from New York.<snip>

For all his charisma and his eloquence, the rookie senator sorely lacks seasoning: Regarding national security, his worldview is beyond naive; America must defend itself against those sworn to destroy the nation.

His all-things-to-all-people approach to complicated domestic issues also arouses scant confidence. "Change!" for the sake of change does not a credible campaign platform make. But he remains a highly intelligent man, with a strong record as a conciliator.<snip>

Finally, Sen. Clinton stands philosophically far to the left of her husband, and is much more disciplined in pursuit of her agenda.<snip>

33. Not at all. Her actions fit in with my character assessment of her.
If she tried to kill this non-story by telling the truth rather than lie by pretending she was extending her hand specifically to Obama, it would have forced me to re-think my opinion of her.

She extended her hand thinking Obama would be facing front, but the jerk turned his back so she had to shake Kennedy's hand, which I am sure she was going to shake next.

You people are in denial bad.
