Completely anecdotal Connecticut report validating recent Obama surge
Spoke with a colleague who told friends at dinner two months ago that she and her husband were thinking about Obama. Reaction: Scorn and dismissal from four pro-Hillary people.

Last week, those four told her they were voting for Obama.

Another pro-Clinton couple also told them they were switching their votes to Obama last week.

Also, they know a local Selectwoman who announced six weeks ago that she was for Obama and who took tons of heat for it from pro-Clinton people. Her husband saw her two nights ago and she said many of those same people tell her they are now for Obama. No more heat.

Reasons: Turned off by Bill, see the point of moving on from the Clintons and going with the new, fresh face who is inspiring people.

Obama is tied at 40-40 in one a recent poll in Connecticut, after trailing badly there.

These are people in their 50's.

1. over fifty. they should be in a home or so some whippersnappers
around here have said about my age group. GO, FIFTY! A recent study said that once you reach fifty, your contentment rises and rises.
 I'm glad to hear that.

2. Probably affected by the
New Hampshire race? That was the high point of emotion and offensivenss and was right next door. Also, despite all this momentum what exactly seems to be going on? I think both campaigns are peaked at their highwater mark and holding with some settling or give and take here and there. Momenetum is largely a mass illusion. Sometimes it works, but never as a sudden 360.
