Breaking: Thread Actually Discussing the ISSUES!

Now that I have your attention :evilgrin:

For those who want to discuss the differences between Hillary & Obama dealing with actual issues instead of whose friends are slimier, whose was mean first and basically a bunch of crap that ultimately isn't all that important, here are some threads for you.

Now most of us who have been here in primary fight mode since Jan 2007 know this stuff backwards and forwards but some on here may not be aware of this information. So please be helpful in these threads to those seeking information.

Now that John Edwards is out, my wish is that our nominee becomes clear on Feb 5th. Its time for the circular firing squad to be put to bed, and its time for us to get about the business of kickin the snot out of McCain.

It should definitely be decided by then.

In relation to Iraq I want all the candidates to spell out exactly how they would have reacted to Saddam's trading Iraqi oil in Euro's? If they claim that they would not have gone to war - what DO they claim they would have done to prevent the US economy being seriously gouged?

Would they perhaps have taken the usual Democrat approach and simply help install another dictator while supplying handy lists of Saddam loyalists and Communists to kill?

In relation to health care I want them to explain why the US can not have a national health system in which profit isn't a factor, why is the US so unique that it must pay 4 times as much for a lousy "service"

In relation to foreign affairs I want to know why only in the US are the occupied territories NOT considered illegal & why they beleive the third world should support the world's richest nation

In relation to crime I want them to explain what they will do to stop prison being a profit industry and what they plan on doing about the criminalisation of an entire ethnic group

I don't think for a second that I'll get answers I want to hear from any Democrat anytime soon.
