EDWARDS voters can give Florida and Michigan back it's voice! VOTE HILLARY & END DISENFRANCHISEMENT
Do you Edwards people want to stop Florida from being disregarded? Do you believe every vote counts? Isn't it a crime to ONCE AGAIN TELL FELLOW DEMOCRATS IN FLORIDA THEY DO NOT COUNT!

You have the power to STOP the peoples voice from being hushed! I know the Edwards loss hurts, but we as democrats stand for every vote counts, especially after PROMISING FLORIDA TO DO THAT IN the year 2000. You have a chance here to correct a big mistake and let the people of Florida that you as well as everyone else in the Partuy will not stand for VOTER DISENFRANCHISEMENT!

I am sure you know that Clinton and Edwards positions are close, I'm sure you know Clintons health care stance mirrors his closest! Here is your cause, STOP the big wigs who control the Parties from TELLING FLORIDA AND MICHIGAN they do not count! If this stands both states will go REPUBLICAN in the general. Lets stand together and support the rights of our Fellow Democrats from FLORIDA!

TY

HILLARY in 08!

12. No, not at all - Oh mighty obnoxious one.
However, I do stand by the rules. And FL & MI broke them. HRCs last minute attempt to garner attention was only to help her look good. She didn't give a rat's ass about those voters, until she needed them. Look at her SC callousness. Those people actually campaigned for her, and she was a no-show at her own watch party. I don't need that triangulating, poll-tested, DLCer pretending she gives a hoot about my vote. I know it's worthless to her - until she needs it, which she'll never get. Ever.

And if you look at the votes on voting day, not early voting. Obama closed the lead :)

If he would have campaigned there, I have no doubt he would have won.

2. Have you contacted Terry McAuliffe and asked him why he set this rule in place
at the DNC in 2003-4?

Have you asked Florida Dem party why they voted FOR keeping that rule in place in 2006?

Do you know where Terry McAuliffe can be reached to answer these questions since he's an EXPERT on this rule?

6. Why bother, it is a stupid rule and tells Florida its voice is mute.
I think Edwards voters should give Florida and Michigan back their voice, It is a BASIC RIGHT of our citizens being STOLEN AGAIN!

9. Because McAuliffe can explain it to you. In fact, I wonder why he isn't on TV
explaining it to every Democrat.

Don't you think that would be beneficial?

He can explain WHY he set the rule up. Why rules CANNOT be broken, even by the chairman of the party. And why it's pure political manipulation of the perception game at this point in the Hillary camp's efforts to push Howard Dean out, because they believe there are enough gullible Democrats who will believe this is just Dean's fault.

15. Funny how McAuliffe and TeamClinton have gamed the perception on this. Why
Edited on Thu Jan-31-08 07:37 PM by blm
was Hillary FOR this rule before and now against it?

Why was McAuliffe in charge of MAKING THIS RULE that TeamClinton is now pretending is wrong?

Hillary ACCEPTED the rule in 2003-4. She accepted again in 2006. So did the state of Florida.

Lodge your complaints with those who BROUGHT YOU that ruling. But please stop pretending this is about people's votes. If it actually was about people's votes, then Florida Dem party would NEVER have agreed to follow the rules in the first place, and then change their primary date.
EVERY ONE knew the rules. Rules cannot be changed until the gathering of DNC at the convention where the rule is subject to a VOTE.

Or do you believe that all politicians should game the rules and break then in the middle of the contest the way Bush would?

16. This to me is about the voters. Its about winning Fla in the general
If you tell them they do not count, They will stop voting.

Democrats are seriously handing an election swinging state away before it even casts one ballot.

18. Florida did that when they changed their date AFTER accepting the rule they voted for.
Shouldn't you be directing your anger at the correct target?

It wasn't ANYONE else's fault except Florida for changing their date - they knew what the rules stated.

Terry McAuliffe knows the rules he set up and that's why TeamClinton hasn't used him as a spokesperson on this - they know they're lying through their teeth.

So - why are you so interested in getting these liars elected? They mmainuplated the entire Florida fiasco just to push Dean out by pumping up a perception of disenfranchisement that they created.

They SACRIFICED Florida votes to pull this stunt.

They knew exactly what they were doing.

And YOU support the gaming.

but no thanks. Your OP is bullshit by the way. Clinton's cheating is not appealing to me, and not to most people.
