Kerry's "votes against defense"

Everywhere I go I hear the GOP talking about Kerry's votes to limit the defense industry's ridiculously bloated budget and their pathetic attempt to switch those votes into "John Kerry is anti-military"....didnt Defense Secretary Dick Cheney and Bush Sr. also say some of the same things?

Anyone know where I can find quotes of these two guys or other GOPers saying the same things Kerry did...I know it happened I just dont have any quotes..

The GOP attack machine is pissing me off.
