4. Yes, but only once.
I donated to Clark many times! If he is on the ticket...I'll have to dust off my credit card again. Oh I forgot...it's pretty shinny again...Damn you WesDem!

5. No
1) I'm unemployed. I can barely afford my healthcare coverage. It already costs me $75 to register for my state's convention, plus another $200 for hotel for the two nights I need to be there.

2) Dennis Kucinich is still in the race, and his campaign is actually talking about the issues I care about. When Sen. Kerry gets around to those, I may find that I'm able to contribute.

3) I do extensive volunteer work for both the Kucinich campaign AND my local party. That is much more important to me (and probably the party, too).

4) John Kerry is having no problem raising funds. He's already raised $80 mil., which is what he'd planned to raise by November.

5) Money will not buy him the election. Being the candidate who is right on the issues and whose message resonates with the voters will. We'll win this election by turning out our base, working the grassroots, and having our candidate stand up to Shrub. We won't win it by "feel-good" TV ads which say a lot but still say nothing.
