Texas deadline for Ralph today.

I wonder if he made it? It is likely he didn't focus on Texas since he won't hurt Kerry there.

If it comes at the expense of money spent to get on the ballot in Florida, and hopefully some state secretaries will reject their petitions, forcing Nader to spend campaign cash on litigation.

2. In Florida he'll qualify if he simply copies the same name

94,000 times. There isn't going to be real scrutiny down there where they don't even count the votes.

Even the state does require a respectable collection Ralph will have help. The whole GOP is likely out there collecting, forging and buying signatures.
