Has anyone else noticed Cheney ALWAYS screws up his "conquerors" line?

Every time I hear Cheney give his so-called foreign policy speech (as he is doing on the tube right now), he ALWAYS - and I mean every single time - ALWAYS says "we came as conquerors...*pause*...we came NOT as conquerors, but as liberators." He ALWAYS screws this line up. Kind of tells you where his thought process really is.

1. Well Dickie, that can be excused as a Freudian slip...
...or a brain-fart once, maybe twice. But every-time, that is ingrained in his brain!
