Summary of the latest polls (CBS, WaPo/ABC and CNN/USA Today)

Kerry is ahead by 0-6 points with Nader and 2-8 points without Nader. In each of those polls, he's made an improvement since the last one, by 3 points (CNN), 5 points (WaPo) and 6-8 points (CBS).

Wait till he picks a VP!

3. Yes,
especially when it comes down to picking a vp, as long as he doesn't pick Gephardt. If he picks Wesley Clark he should get about a 3 point jump in the popular vote polls. However, we won that last time and it didn't help. If we pick Edwards, we will gain a stronger edge in several states, and be able to effectively compete, but gain almost no points.
