Kerry is speaking out in favor of stem cell research
Wish I could provide a link, but got this from an AOL article.

I think this is a brilliant way to resume his campaign, playing on any pro-Reagan sentiment that is still lingering in the air.

Bush has painted himself into a corner with his staunch opposition to this issue. If he suddenly becomes in favor of it, he'll be perceived as a flip flopper capitalizing on Reagan's death.

Agreed.

During the primaries I didn't know what to think of Kerry, but he impresses me more and more. He'll beat Bush in November with judo--let Bush trip over himself, be patient and positive and tell the truth, and generally come across as a stable and sane alternative to the current leadership. He's like Gore, but a little craftier I think.
