Doug Hoerth in Pittsburgh tried to say Kerry hasn't caught on yet.
I told him neither did Reagan or Clinton at this time in the election year. Then he tried to back down.

2. Isn't calling into talk shows fun?
And good for you for defending Kerry. I wonder what Doug's definition of catching on is? At this point about half of the electorate (give or take, depending on the particular poll) seems to support him. More to the point, fewer than half support Bush at this point, which is normally a complete election loser for an incumbent.

Of course, you can be sure the Bush cabal will do anything and everything in their power to steal the election, but support for Kerry can only grow from this point.

3. I've wanted to do the same thing
But have been afraid that I would just get put on 'mute' and get yelled at & never get to make my point.

It pisses me off when these idiots do the whole "a vote for Kerry is a vote for the terrorists" thing. These statements are insulting and just f*cking stupid. Terrorists should be MORE afraid of Kerry as he will be able to bring more of the world on board against them thru diplomacy & cooperation.

If I was a better typist I would go off on this for pages, more power to you, though!
