It is getting rough in here and I am a gentle soul who just wishes we can get together and end this fucking nightmare, not our own party.
Peace my friends.

10. I'm sure that's your new talking point
But Rush and FOX news aren't going to be her friends forever.

Will you be voting for Obama if he wins the nomination?

19. Let's try again. How can she win the nomination
I understand you think he's stupid, but how does Hillary get the delegates to win?
And again, who do you vote for in Nov. if Obama is nominated?

Edited on Wed Apr-30-08 10:52 PM by Double T
legislate that crooked lobbyist must STAND and NOT SIT while THEY convince our legislators to screw US. obama has proved he lacks sound judgment in his decisions and associations. AFTER the Florida and Michigan voters are NO LONGER disenfranchised by the DNC and obama, HRC will have at least as many or more delegates than BO to be nominated. obama is NO LONGER an option.

22. YOU are an idiot. Do the math!
If FL gets seated as is, she picks up maybe 45 delegates. Michigan can't be seated as is because his name wasn't on the ballot. It STILL wouldn't matter. She would STILL be behind.

Pay some fucking attention. All you're doing is bashing the future democratic nominee.

Don't bother replying, I won't hear it.

3. If she somehow steals it, I'll still vote for her.
But I won't be "united". I'll probably just leave the party.

25. Right.
The Clinton years were pretty much indistinguishable from Bush years or Reagan years for my area.

I expect no different if it happens again.

I find it bizarre how many people don't realize that 1992-2000 wasn't peaches and cream for everybody.

5. Oh yea, we will all unite behind a Super Delegate coup!!
:sarcasm:

In the 30 years we have had SD's, never have they over turned the will of the pledged D's.

It happens - the party will end as you know it.

The only unity will be the millions walking away from the party in disgust; thankfully, party leaders will not let this happen.

13. I don't get why/how Hillary supporters don't see it as the same thing
and remember how angry we were at SCOTUS.

It is exactly the same thing. Overturning the will of the voters. But one group or another.

Same thing.

(I also love how outraged they get over not counting Florida and Michigan but want to not count the 30 states that voted for Obama. Breaks my heart to see how unfair those democrats are. I can't see where they are coming from that they don't see the what hypocrites they are.

24. I share your bewilderment....
I've asked this many times. We are all Dems, sensible enough to hate Shrub's war mongering privacy intruding arrogant bullshit - and yet we can look at the very "coup" question as see the very same thing - so very differently.

I don't get how folks don't see that scenerio as anything less then a disaster for the Dems????

And it seems ya either all the way get it, or all the way don't.

peace~:)

12. sorry, I find myself unable to vote for her
she is acting just like Bush and Rove and Cheney.

I actually think McCain would be more sane.

I probably will not vote for him but I will stay home.

As will all the young people I know.

If you think they media has gone after Obama, if she gets the nomination they will turn on her and it won't be pretty.

on that point. HRC is the ONLY one that stands a chance of enduring the onslaught the vile rethugs are conjuring up.

8. Judging from the responses so far
I think you might need to. Although you have to admit that there are not many places you can go on the internet, post a plea for sanity and peace and start a flame war all at the same time.
