Obama drinks a Budweiser in Indiana
Apparently shook by Maureen Dowd and other pundits' suggestions that Obama is out of touch because he drinks only fine beer and not regular average-guy beer, Obama and his campaign have decided that drinking a Budweiser would help him with working-class voters.
Good move.

I am an elitist, I prefer Blue Moon (brewed by Coors).

10. Isn't Coors owned and operated by some pretty far right-wing nutjobs?
I thought liberals deserted Coors long ago.

I don't know what is this "Blue Moon" of which you speak, but everything I ever drank that said "Coors" on the label was pretty nasty. :shrug:

28. True what you said about Coors; however, they provide benefits to same sex couples
something that counts a lot to LGBT community.

33. Didn't Cheney's daughter have a hand in that? I seem to recall
something about her working for Coors. Not diminishing how good it is, but that rang a bell.

15. I was just going to say that, LOL
Hoosiers prefer Miller Lite. For some reason, Bud and Busch taste like soap water in Indiana. My sister (South Bend) won't let it in her house!

while talking about subjects I have difficulty understanding. I want the over educated, smarty pants, elite guy, not the guy all the locals want to have a beer with. We've had that guy already. It didn't work out.

40. Your paragraph lead into this article
is your own little interpretation of what Obama's thinking..but, otherwise thanks..

<snip>

"He also said he thinks Obama is the most intelligent candidate running and he doesn’t like Clinton’s “contradictions” she’s made on the campaign trail.

Very polite way of saying she's a freakin' liar.
