I no longer care.
I've already voted. For Obama. If Hillary wins, that's OK too.

I just want Dems vs. Dems "Silly Season" to be over. Didn't get into this thing to be a loyal stalwart, or a "fighter," or a defender of any particular gender or racial or socio-economic group, or what have you. I just wanted one of our Democrat candidates in the White House come Hell or high water.

I don't post in GDP that much anymore. If things don't improve soon, I'll be doing everything I can to avoid politics from now on.

1. That's what they want you to do, give up hope so they can run the country without your input.
Their evil plan is working.

FIGHT BACK DAMMIT

3. You make no sense.
How is it giving up to say you don't want to fight anymore? The OP never said they wouldn't support the Dem.

The point isnt in supporting any Dem, the point is getting you to give up caring WHICH Dem gets the nomination.

The corporations have two favorites in this race, one in each party.

They want you to quit caring that their Dem candidate might become the nominee.

2. Good for you! There is no need to fight and fume...
All you need to do is vote for whichever Dem gets the nomination. The rest of it is rhetorical bullshit... the GOP wants us to keep up the fighting. Stopping the fighting is all that can be done.

4. Don't avoid politics-Just avoid GD-P on DU.
It is not representative of the average person/voter imho. Visit other places on DU, such as the lounge, and you will realize how toxic GD-P really is. The primary section of DU is made up of roughly the same 40-50 people who constantly post and it can get quite rabid. Take comfort in the fact that there are many of us out here who are just sitting back waiting for our nominee. Some of us don't really care which one it is. Some of us like/dislike things about each of our candidates but will be willing to fight like hell to get a Dem in the White House. :hi:
