Fake videos, ex pastors, where are the real issues?
This primary must be going on way too long because the crap we are talking about right now is ridiculous. Look, the video was terrible, whoever did it was wrong. But is that more important the record oil prices, healthcare failing, the economy in the dumps, the Artic being ice free this summer? The freaking Iraq war???? I think the primary process needs to be done in one week. Everyone in everystate votes on one day. The GE can be done in 4 weeks. Have your debates and stuff. I don't care if the candidates don't get to bowl in Pennsylvania or not. I am already sick of it. Yeah, I know its Democracy at work but its torture.

1. I think the media choked and buried the issues back in Iowa in late December. nt

2. K&R
Very well said. I am embarrassed about having jumped on the bandwagon with this, but I think this whole episode illustrates the point I have been making for weeks and the point Obama has been making about "gotcha" politics that distracts from the issues and the choices we have in this election.

4. I hate this "Gotcha" crap. I want something to change, anything.
I just want to see the poltical process produce something good for once. Its been a long time since we have had any good "change".

3. There's not much difference on the issues, and that plays into the media's hands
because they want to run stories on the trash. However, the real difference in style is important, and Obama is exactly the style we need to turn away from the Reagan-Bush-Clinton years and toward whatever future we may be able to build.
