Wait, so polls determine who wins the nomination, and not delegates?
This is all insubstantial. There are dozens of superdelegates holding out to support Clinton, and Obama. Clinton still needs to win 60%+ in the remaining states to catch up.

She's helping McCain.

20. What is she going to do, continue to talk about Farrakhan and Wright? Is that your version
of putting back the country or party? That is all she has run on 'sweetie'. There is no mandate for her to do anything other than talk about firebrand African American preachers.

42. Except for saying that Wright would not be her pastor with his "US government
caused aids epidemic" rhetoric, is the only thing I remember her saying about Wright or Farraghan. Would you please tell us what else Hillary has done to promote these two divisive figures? Thanks so much.

39. Firstly, don't call me "honey" ... secondly, how is he destroying it?
I can tell you exactly why Hillary is destroying our party. What is Obama doing that leads you say that other than as a "gotcha" remark. Give me specifics. All he has done is DARE to beat a Clinton.

18. 5, 2 doesn't matter. Why is the "inevitable front runner" behind in the first place?
Kerry, Gore, Clinton, Dukakis never showed this much weakness. Neither did McSame, Bush, Dole, Bush, or Reagan on the rethug side. The only modern front runners who were weak late in the process (not counting Tsonga's early lead, or say Romney's brief early lead) did were Mondale and Carter in 1980 as well as Ford in 1976. Guess what happened to all three in the general election...

Don't they go to whoever won the state? Are they really "superdelegates"?

Oh well, at least the superdelegates are making their decisions.

37. Add-ons are unpledged
And in that sense counted under the larger superdelegate umbrella.

As far as I can gather the selection is not quite tied to the pledged delegate results - but in many sates I think they aim at representing it.

Delegate selection rules:
http://www.padems.com/files/Delegate08Final1012_0.pdf

Rule 9.B.2 (Which then refers to 10.A)

There probably are not enough to really make a difference, but hey..Bill's foundations probably help some of these supers, and maybe they are afraid to NOT side with her
