McCain throws Israel under the bus?

Most folks have focused on the admission of going to war for oil, but that shouldn't surprise anyone, we've suspected as much all along.

What really struck me was the obvious extension of his statement: If we can solve our dependence on oil, he sees no reason to ever send US troops into the Middle East. Repeat, OIL is the ONLY reason to shed American blood in the Middle East.

So if that's true, under a McCain administration, Arab nations attacking and swallowing Israel would be a local issue, just a blip on Big John's daily briefing memo.

It's things like this that make it clear how badly we need to rid our Nation of the control of the current Republican Party. Even this so-called maverick is bat-shit crazy and can only lead us to ruin and destruction. Reminds me of kudzu, originally might have been a good idea in principle, but it's so out of hand now that we've got to pull it out by the roots every chance we get.
