I think Obama should spend some more time in NC
Does anyone know if he's even going to campaign there before Tuesday? I'm afraid that he's taking it for granted and Hillary's catching up, especially with THREE Clintons campaigning there! I understand he wants to do well in IN, but if he loses NC or wins by just a few points, won't that look bad for him?

catching up according to the latest Zogby poll compared to just YESTERDAY.

3. I could be wrong but maybe
the campaign is pretty confident in NC could be their internals are good and trying to close it out in Indiana,
just speculation on my part

7. Yeah, could be. But the polls show it closing. Bill Clinton is doing like 7 stops a day there.
I hope Obama isn't over-confident. A loss there would be VERY harmful strategically.

12. He is
coming to many small towns. But, for example, at one of his campaign stops, many of my friends went and they're Obama supporters. It's a former president speaking, and many will go, listen, even if they have no plans to vote for her.

4. calm down
He was here yesterday. Michelle was here yesterday, and will be here again on Monday. Early voting is favoring Obama heavily, and his ground game here should be much better than Clintons. If he can win Indiana, he will put major pressure on her to drop out.

they're going back and forth. I can hardly keep up at the moment with the way they're landing all over the place. Like Hillary's in one state right now and has an evening rally in the other. I'm sure he's doing the same?

is so pro-Hillary lately that all I see is video of her "connecting" with voters and then commentary on how Rev. Wright will affect Obama. :eyes:

26. That's surely true..
They have to keep control over their horse race narrative you know. ;-)

I am watching CNN right now and they are at least going back and forth between the two of them. MSNBC is really "FOXing" up, they replayed that lousy Dan Abrams "Rev.Wright is a scary black preacher" that aired last night, so I turned it here instead.

And I tried to watch the J-J NC Dinner last night on C-SPAN, and they only had the first half up, which was her speech, and they give you an option to buy it. I guess it would've been too much trouble to show a bit of both of them. *sigh*

Surely it'll crop up on YouTube. Lousy biased fake reporters.

28. Yeah, he was on top of his game...
that's why I wanted to show it to someone else so, so bad and I go to the CSPAN site and find they only have the first 28 minutes (Hillary's speech) that can be viewed. To see the full version you have to buy it. I just think that's biased, but I guess we'll have to get used to it. *sigh*

but when you go to view it now (after the event is over), it's in the archives/video library, and it's there how I said.. just the first 28 minutes. Then you have to buy the DVD. I dug around for quite a while and didn't come across any other links for the NC JJ, so I think this is the case.

30. He and Hillary have been ALL OVER NC.! Last night at big Dem Party Jeff/Jackson Dinner
and speaking to full houses all over NC. Plus Bill and Michelle have been handling the smaller venues.

It's been GREAT! We couldn't get Kerry here after he announced with Edwards! So we are inundated with the two Candidates.

42. I Think You Have A Point....
In the PA primary many critics wondered why Obama only spent 1 day in Philadelphia.

Although he won the city and the AA turnout was good. It wasn't spectacular. Some observers believe he left as many as a 100,000 votes "on the table" in the city.

In Indiana, there was a newspaper report that some "black areas" are upset that he hasn't spent anytime there.

And while I haven't been "logging his hours" it does seem he is spending more time in Indiana while Clinton is splitting her time more equally.

We just have to trust that he knows what he is doing. After-all so far he had done pretty well.
