Therefore, Hillary must have started with 3 testicles (3-1=2)

In his inference, Carville is suggesting Obama is "less than a man" and therefore not masculine enough to lead. Taking this to the next logical step, Carville is essentially saying women are inferior leaders and that femininity is inferior to masculinity in terms of leadership. This belief is exactly one of the core pillars of male chauvanism and mysogeny.

It's also similar to the Republican Partisan playbook of casting their candidates as "macho" and Democrats as "effete". They are "strong" and Democrats are "weak". They are "regular guys" and Democrats are "elitist".

There's mysogeny and homophobia weaved into it on many levels and I find it disappointing but not surprising for the Clinton campaign to take this tact.
