Someone Needs To Set Mort Zuckerman - Just On MSNBC - Straight......
Edited on Mon May-05-08 02:55 PM by global1
he thinks Hillary's gas tax holiday will save consumers $30 per week.

We all know it is $30 maybe just a tad higher for the whole summer that this is proposed to be in effect.

Perhaps people should get their facts straight before they go shooting their mouths off. And maybe MSNBC should correct him on this.

But no - the fact that it was said by a pundit - it will be accepted as fact. People will go in to vote misinformed. Ooops!!! And we'll just get an "Oh - Sorry" out of HRC Campaign - and this misspeak will have done its damage.

2. That would mean the avg. comsuper uses 162 gal. of gas a week!!!!
At $4.00/gal. that would mean paying $648.00 a week!!!! I have to believe the only people who spend THAT MUCH are truckers!!!! Most of the nitwits on TV simply don't think!

5. When is Hillary submitting her bill?
Is it drafted already? Can we see it? Because, unless she is just talking out her ass, if she really is going to get this law passed, she needs to bring it to the floor.

6. If they burn 160-180 gallons a week.
If you are getting 25 miles per gallon, that would equate to driving 4000 - 4500 miles per week.

What a load.

$30.00/.18 per gallon = 166.66 gallons

7. Deliberate misinformation. The facts on this have totally out there.
They'll do a mea culpa (maybe) on Wednesday.

8. Funny how they always 'misspeak' in a way to create a false impression that FAVORS them.
That's not accidental ... that's outright LYING.
