74. Drudge said Obama had lost PA by only 4%
turned out he lost by 9.2%.

Explain how he "nailed" the elections?

Drudge is an idol here.

I suspect that's why you can continue to support her fledgling campaign, integrity no longer matters where she's concerned. Good luck with that.

18. it's funny you mentioned it
The Drudge machine is out there----the <Clinton> campaign is taking advantage of it.

- "rodeodance", http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=132x3631213#3631269

I think it is a wise move on her part:
<...>
Five current and former Democratic officials said Mrs. Clinton has on her side the closest thing her party has ever had to Mr. Rhoades in Tracy Sefl, a former Democratic National Committee official, who has established a friendly relationship with Mr. Drudge — and through whom Mrs. Clinton’s campaign often worked quietly to open a line of communication.

- "rodeodance" (Ibid.)

As the story points out----Dems (including) Clinton are learning to exploint Drudge to their advantage.

- "rodeodance" (Ibid.)

My take on this story is that dems--particularly Clinton are trying to 'use' the site/Drudge to its advantage.

- "rodeodance" (Ibid.)

There is a vast difference between joining drudge and USEing them to the campaigns advantage

66. It's good enough for HRC, her campaign aide Tracy Sefl and her supporters
but NOW you're suddenly outraged?

Three solid instances come to mind. That charming photo of Obama wearing a Somalian turban when he was on official US business, her tax returns and that pretend $27 million fund raising surge (http://www.iht.com/articles/2007/10/22/america/drudge.1-156891.php).

All of them posted on Drudge, straight from the Clinton campaign, and then making their way all over the net to include DU.

Say Rodeo, did the campaign ever clear up how Drudge got that $27 million dollar figure a full 20 minutes before anyone else, including her supporters, ever did?

Of you're so outraged by Drudge either up the Oxycontin dosage or send your campaign HQs a forceful letter saying not another cent until they get rid of that dreadful Tracy Sefl who's working with Drudge. You can tell them all these stories got you very upset.

http://image.guim.co.uk/sys-images/Guardian/Pix/pictures/2008/02/25/0225_obamaturban_460x276

Oh the outrage. How orgasmically selective.

believe these days to keep supporting HRC. Her supporters here have chosen to bury their heads in the sand, and use whatever means advances her cause, but become selectively outraged when the tables are turned.

I met her on another thread, and she managed to get the post deleted. It's strange how she and others want Obama held accountable for his preacher, some 60's radical, and every black person he's ever known, but they refuse to account for their own actions and misstatements. 34. She's trying to pull another Bush Jr, shoving her way in where she's not wanted...
Well, apparently the Dem SDs aren't like the GOP, and won't let her do it.

I figured Hillary would push it to the point where she would make herself a political leper. She has always used the ham-fisted approach, even when it had already backfired in a given situation. I used to think she simply believed that--like Bush Jr--if she kept pushing and insisting she get her own way, she would eventually get them to give up their objections. Now I've come to realize that it's because simply is weak and cannot get her way with more ethical means.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), one of Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton’s (D-N.Y.) most prominent Senate supporters, said Wednesday that she has asked the former first lady to detail her plans for the rest of the Democratic primary.

“I, as you know, have great fondness and great respect for Sen. Clinton and I’m very loyal to her,” Feinstein said. “Having said that, I’d like to talk with her and her view on the rest of the race and what the strategy is.”

Clinton, who eked out a win in Indiana Tuesday night but lost big to front-runner Sen. Barack Obama (Ill.) in North Carolina, has not responded to Feinstein’s phone call, the California senator said.

“I think the race is reaching the point now where there are negative dividends from it, in terms of strife within the party,” Feinstein said. “I think we need to prevent that as much as we can.”

47. Like it or not he does have contacts
there are valid reasons NOT to go there... aka the spyware and ad-ware that the site is full off, but

He does have contacts.

And yes, he is THAT influential still in the RW smear machine

In fact, now that Obama is the presumptive nominee for all intents and purposes, pay attention to the site for the first balloons of dreg to be used later by the RW media machine

51. Likely not true but possible.
I would not be surprised tho. For all they know Clinton may yet lose Indiana and it is so small a win it gives her nothing going forward.

61. She weighed in to call me "foolish" for making assumptions, but
she still refuses to address post #18. She got caught, and hubris or embarrasment won't let her address it. That's what the Clinton campaign has been all about. It's sad really.

Yvette Clark is probably first on the list.

Obama getting Rockstar treatment in the House of Representatives Thursday probably sent Rodeo over the edge.

76. LMAO....
She just got one of my post deleted on another thread, because I won't let this issue die. Supposedly, I broke some kind of rule. But rodeo is famous for her one liner snarks, but confronted with the truth of her hypocrisy, she wimps out. I think it was Hillary who plagiarized the phrase, "if you can't stand the heat....blah, blah, blah".

I love that he's being received so well, and he deserves it.

83. She's avoiding this thread like the plague. I'm so thankful that we have
such resourceful DU'ers to counteract the nonsense. Funny how when Hillary uses Drudge, it's genius, but when Drudge is used against her, it's rightwing filth. Go figure.
