2. I wasn't on the ballot, either --
But if people REALLY wanted me, they could have written me in, right?

What? No? Those votes didn't count? Hmmmm.

Sounds fair to me. :eyes:

4. I really did lose.
My state politicians cared so little about my ability to vote that they gamed and rigged the system until we all lost our vote completely. Now Michigan, the state that needs to be heard from more than any other right now, has been silenced. All because of some spineless, power grubbing pseudo-Democrats who want to steal the election for Hillary.

5. AND they want THEIR super delegate votes to COUNT
There should be NO SDs from FL or MI..and the delegates should the 50-50..no harm no foul..just seat the people and let them go to the party..

6. I definitely support removing SD status from ALL MI Dems this year.
They've proved that they don't know how to handle the responsibility like adults. We don't need that kind of think at the convention.

7. I agree. That's the most sensible solution.
The voters don't get disenfranchised and the people who were responsible for the fiasco get penalized. No state will ever pull that crap again, because if there's one thing I know about Super D's, it's that they don't want to be disinvited from the parties.

8. This primary has VALIDATED the point that Michigan should not have voted early.
Michigan had 128 friggin' delegates. That's way too many for an early state when some candidates might still be establishing themselves and introducing themselves to the country. Would Obama have had a chance if a bunch of states with large numbers of delegates had moved their primaries up ahead of Super Tuesday?

9. I lost very badly in Michigan
I sucked as a candidate, though. My platform of outlawing bratwurst, cheese, and cable TV didn't go over very well.

Hell, I didn't even vote for myself!

10. I got as many votes as President Obama
I think that shows that I am a pretty popular and influential guy.

My speaking rate is pretty cheap as former presidential candidates go, too!

the invisible vote. My candidacy is still strong. We are taking this to the convention, you hear me?!?

13. My plan to
win with 100% of the superdelegates on the first convention vote is still in place. Together we are strong. All this endorsing business is just to throw others offtrack. Numbers are biased against us, but we will win

14. We lost in Michigan when the PTB selected an anti-labor candidate for the Dem nomination
Barack Obama's economics are essentially the same as John McCain (the primary difference is that John McCain has been to Michigan 3 or more times during the primary season to at least speak to Michigan voters about our economy, which is the worst in the nation--Barack Obama will not come to Michigan.)

Whether McCain or Obama is the president, Michigan will continue to suffer.
