Interesting analogy: Hillary is the Terminator, and Obama is Sarah Connors
Morning radio guys I was listening to on the way into work made this comment, and I thought it appropriate.

It must seem that way to Obama in a way. You could drop a safe on Hillary, and she'd still be coming to get you.

It's the single most attractive thing about her to me. She doesn't understand quit, which could be useful in the general election.

6. I suppose that was part of what THEY were saying.
But I do think relentless is a good trait for a candidate to have

3. Yeah, and it took Sarah Conners too much screen time to finally get it after all

4. What is so attractive about stupidity?
This never quit bullshit is, well, bullshit.

It's one thing to persevere in the face of overwhelming odds.

It is another thing however to continue fighting when the contest is over to the point of destroying your own "legacy"

After this week's comments I wouldn't vote for her if she were running against Satan himself.

5. Very apt because the only thing that will save her campaign is going back in time
She could:

Determine where Obama's father and mother met and make sure that fateful event never happens.

Or, she could read the NIE and not vote for the Iraq War

Or, she could not hire Penn

Or she could make sure Bill is safely enscounced in Dubai for the entire election cycle

Or she could make sure that the Rules Committee adopted the Republican plan for apportioning delegates

Or she could go back to Tuzla and run and duck for the cameras as if there really was sniper fire. She could grab Chelsea and the little poetry girl and protect them with her own body.

Or she could not say all those things where she elevated McCain at Obama's expense and be the VP

Or she could learn about the Internet tubes from Sen Stevens and set up grassroots fundraising

I'm sure she has an army of scientists working on the logistics as we speak.

8. Or, Michael Douglas is the Democratic Primary and Hillary is Glenn Close
If she can't have him, no one can.

10. I'm going with the "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" comparison
as a blogger said recently. It fits.

9. So in part 2, she'll help Obama and his/her love child from a future bodyguard?
And then in part 3, Hillary will drop McCain's head in a toilet, but the whole world blows up anyway? Then Clinton gets out of the movies and runs for governor of Callyfoarniya? And then it all turns into a cheesy one-season TV show?

Or has the analogy broken down by now?

12. I disagree on the value of "not understanding quit"
The GE is basically a fight to the death, in my mind, both sides work as hard as possible, are willing to draw blood, to win the most important election of the nation.

Not being a quitter doesn't help whatsoever, when both sides are in overdrive anyways.
