What is the difference between Hillary exiting graciously vs being dragged out the door?
The Senate Majority Position?
The V.P. slot?
The Governorship of New York?

ANY position of leadership on The Hill in Obama's administration?

She can still salvage tons of good will by making a gracious exit "for the good of the party" - but it must happen very soon. I truly believe folks would be content with Hillary as the Senate Majority Leader (for example). I'd like someone with her tenacity instead of mild mannered Harry Reid.

She will already have the book deals and the speaker fees...

But by staying in the race, I really wonder if Hillary absolutely has no concern for her future political stock? It seems with the growing chorus from all quarters now calling on her to drop out, each passing day she hangs in there, her stock falls a notch.

At what point will an extended stay in a lost nomination race burn too many bridges for Hillary to remain a viable force in the Democratic Party?

Or is she already there?

10. Fantasy (exiting graciously) vs. Reality (The Madwoman of the Potomac)
The difference is that Hillzilla still wants to down shots and beers with her new friends in the hard-working, uh....white section of town and the party ain't over yet! WHHHHHOOOOOOOO!!!

13. The difference is at least 3-5 percentage points in the GE...meaning we probably lose...

Its not at all a sure thing that the party can bring this back together EVEN IF Hillary gets hit by the 2x4 of reality. But if not, she drags the party down with her.

But if her fantasy is that nobody will remember her behavior after we lose, this truly is a fantasy of epic proportions...

14. She's coming undone in a manner that is destroying hers and Bill's legacies.
They have become a punchline, a comedian's routine. They're the Arkansas HillBillys. They came, they got wealth and power, but they remain the same two hicks they were 20 years ago.
