Issues haven't been a topic of this race for a long time now
Its time to end this primary farce and get back to them. All we are doing at this point is providing opportunities for our candidates to make gaffes that can be used against them while allowing the media to focus on things like "bearings" instead of health care the war taxes or whatever your pet issue is.

The longer we pound this mcsame nut the way we are pounding each other the larger our win will be. Its time to go back to the issues.

Fuck McCain!

1. Actually they have, and some have even been reported by the MSM.
And example was the gas-tax 'holiday.' Pandering it was, but it was certainly a real issue -- and an example of the wider pandering on tax policy that the GOP has long embraced. Sen. Obama and HRC clearly differed on this.

Both candidates have repeatedly spoken on the war in Iraq, on workers' issues, and so on. That has not always made it for very long if at all in the attention of the MSM.

But, yes, the issues do need to loom larger.

2. That's because they haven't changed in months.
The gas-tax holiday was the noteable exception. But other than that, have the candidates proposed anything new since January?
