Why couldn't Hillary draw a record turnout in WV today???
Edited on Tue May-13-08 04:04 PM by elizm
Just heard on CNN....they are calling it a 'healthy' turnout but not a record. Hmmm... Is that not the first state that has not had record turnout this year??

1. MI had a crappy turnout
because we were told our votes wouldn't go towards delegates.

11. Obama, Edwards, Biden and Richardson were not on the ballot
It is funny that all the candidates agreed that MI wouldn't mean anything, we had our low-turnout primary, and then Hillary starts pretending she has always been a champion of counting MI. See my sig below.

8. They never downplayed before. Why would they now?
During other primaries, the reports would come out all day long about the record turnouts.

Time for the fat lady to sing.

Edited on Tue May-13-08 04:25 PM by Doityourself
Btw, it could mean less Obama voters go out to you know..especially if they think he has it all wrapped it. It's not just about Hillary.

12. Maybe because national media have been telling everyone that this race is already over?
That might discourage folks from taking the time and trouble to go vote.

What's the harm in being gracious once in a while?

You'd think it would RUIN the whole primary for some people. :eyes:
