Poll question: Should this forum be used for vetting rumors and innuendos about the candidates?
Should this forum be used to vet rumors and innuendos about candidates? Often when people raise these matters here, they raise them negatively, but sometimes these subjects are raised so as to air the facts and put us in a better to respond. That said, many people take umbrage (and accuse you of being a right-wing troll or disruptor) if you post questions about such matters.

No matter how worked up we get over it, it's better to hear about it here first than all over CNN three days later.

And no, we don't scoop CNN. If it made it here, it'll make it there on its own.

6. I would say yes
if people had manners and observed some basic courtesies. And certainly if it were not used to attack.
But that is not the case. So, I just think it creates unnecessary controversies with amatuer pollsters, staticians, and pundits flinging mud.
